Spring Break Camps:

 

March 16-20

Spring Break Camp at the YMCA location in Deville Plaza. Join us for skating, swimming, arts and crafts, fitness games, and even an Easter egg hunt. The registration fee is $10; the member rate is $80 for the 1st child, 65 for the 2nd child and $50 for the 3rd child. The non-member rate is $95 for the first child, $80 for the 2nd child and $65 for the 3rd child. Drop off begins at 7:15am and pick up is no later than 6pm.

 

March 16-21

Mississippi Basketball & Athletics Spring Break Camp. Movies, tennis, academics, arts & crafts, jump rope, basketball, board games, soccer, math games, kids games, volleyball, robotics, flag football, and dodge ball! $75 fee; $25 per day drop-in service. Jr. Duck Stamp Competition. Mississippi Museum of Natural Science. The Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program is a dynamic educational program designed to teach wetland habitat and waterfowl conservation to students in kindergarten through high school. Governor’s Mansion Tours. Tues.-Fri. 9:30, 10, 10:30 & 11am. 300 East Capitol Street. First occupied in 1842, the Mississippi Governor’s Mansion is the second-oldest continuously occupied governor’s residence in the United States. This Greek Revival structure was designed by state architect William Nichols, who also designed the Old Capitol. The Mansion was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1975. Free. Smith Robertson Museum and Cultural Center. Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-1pm. A once in a lifetime opportunity awaits you inside Smith Robertson Museum and Cultural Center.
