Each student returning to JPS this fall has summer reading to complete. The summer reading list is posted on the JPS website (www.jackson.k12.ms.us), and the books are available in local libraries and bookstores. For more information, please call (601) 960-8302. Books can also be purchased at the Enochs Family Resource Center at 101 Near Street. You may call the center at (601) 960-8945.

Also, don't forget - for safety purposes - all students in grades K-12 are required to tuck shirts and blouses in slacks, skirts, and walking shorts.
Belts are required on pants with belt loops. Sagging pants are not allowed. Please contact your child's principal if you have a financial need related to the purchase of uniforms.

For more information, contact the JPS Pupil Placement Office at 601-960-8852.
